Atlanta Falcons/THF Partnership– Chris Millman
When you think of the NFL, you likely think of the games you watch on TV. For each team you see on the field, there is a whole community behind them that they represent. Because of this, each team in the NFL has a Community Relations department that helps connect that team and that community. In this episode, we talk with Chris Millman from the Atlanta Falcons. Chris is the Vice President of Community Relations for AMB Sports and Entertainment and oversees the CR department for the Falcons and beyond. We talk with Chris about what all goes into running a NFL Community Relations Department, how they make that connection between the team and their fans, and how they grow the sport of football as a whole.
We are also talking with Chris because the Atlanta Falcons have been long time supporters of us here at the Taylor Hooton Foundation. We have partnered with the Falcons for many years bringing our message to many of the programs the Falcons have across Georgia and beyond. We talk with Chris about how we got connected, how our partnership has evolved over the years, our most memorable events together, and why the Falcons are supportive of our mission.
