Hoot’s Chalk Talk In-Person Program
The Taylor Hooton Foundation provides highly entertaining multimedia Hoot’s Chalk Talk educational programs at high schools, universities, and other venues across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Our expert speakers deliver a strong message that captures the attention of all students, parents, educators, coaches, and other adults.
Our programs are researched-based and have been developed in conjunction with the medical community as well as young people. Research reveals that 85% of our nation’s high school students have never had an adult (coach, parent, or teacher) talk with them about the dangers of APEDs. See how our program has been proven effective.

Topics
Hoot’s Chalk Talk programs are designed to address two topic areas: In addition to our successful program on 1) appearance and performance enhancing drugs such as anabolic steroids, we have recently introduced a second program and talk to the same groups listed above about the risks associated with 2) dietary supplements – products purchased in local retail stores but unregulated by the FDA. Too many of these products are contaminated or spiked with dangerous substances and then unknowingly ingested by the user, only to create health issues or failed drugs tests later.
