Frisco, Texas (Thursday, June 30th, 2022) – The Taylor Hooton Foundation today announced the continuation of its national partnership with the Professional Baseball Strength & Conditioning Society. The PBSCCS will endorse—as well as financially support—the Foundation’s mission of enlightening people about the dangers of Appearance- and Performance-Enhancing Substances (PEDs).   “It is tremendously gratifying to know the Foundation and its mission to enlighten the world to the truths about Appearance- and Performance-Enhancing substances will continue to have the full support of the PBSCCS members who are at the highest level of professional sports,” said Taylor Hooton Foundation President Donald Hooton. “Working closely with major-league players, the strength and conditioning coaches will bring a unique perspective to our message that young people can achieve all of their physical goals by doing things the right way without the use of Performance-Enhancing drugs.”   Said PBSCCS President Brandon McDaniel, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Los Angeles Dodgers: “As strength and conditioning coaches who work to keep elite athletes in top physical condition, this is a perfect partnership for us. Like the Taylor Hooton Foundation, we, too, believe that success can be achieved without the use of Appearance- and Performance-Enhancing Substances. We’re proud to be a part of the Foundation’s mission.”   As part of the partnership, the PBSCCS Logo will be featured on all MLB-approved 2022 ALL ME® public service ads. Each PSA will feature a member of the THF’s MLB Advisory Board which includes representatives from all 30 MLB teams. The sponsorship of the PSA’s will help the THF continue their outreach via in-person and virtual education programs nationwide as the nation continues to pull out of the Covid-19 pandemic.     To date, the Taylor Hooton Foundation has spoken to and educated over two-million people. Because of organizations like the PBSCCS the THF never stopped working to impact lives during the worldwide Covid-19 shut down in 2020.  In fact, the funds helped develop an impactful virtual program that will continue to be used in the present and the future to reach people with their important message.
