Hoot’s Chalk Talk e-Learning Program
Designed to fight the use and abuse of appearance and performance enhancing drugs.
The Hoot’s Chalk Talk e-Learning Program targets coaches and is the first online education program of its kind in the U.S. and Canada. This in-depth program is intended to provide coaches with the information they need in order to keep their athletes away from steroids and other appearance and performance enhancing drugs (APEDs). As part of their training, coaches will learn how to identify a steroid user and how to deal with a student who they suspect is using these drugs.

NEW!! The Taylor Hooton Foundation recently released an online course for students. This course is an excellent tool for educating the student athlete about the reasons why they shouldn’t consider the use of anabolic steroids and other APEDs. This course is meant to compliment the current training courses being delivered by the NCAA and CIS that educate university athletes about the rules and protocols concerning steroid testing and penalties.
Hoot’s Chalk Talk Programs have been approved such that we can provide CEU credits by:
- State of Texas TEA: for teachers and coaches
- State of Ohio: for counselors
- Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCLOSE): for law enforcement personnel
