The Efrain Marrero FoundationThe Efrain Marrero Foundation is a non-profit corporation and a program under the Health Education Council. This foundation was formed in memory of Efrain Anthony Marrero who took his own life on September 26, 2004, three weeks after he stopped using steroids.
