Jim is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Senior Vice President with McQueary Henry Bowles Troy in Dallas,TX . MHBT is one of the largest privately held insurance brokerage firms in the state of Texas.

The firm specializes in Property & Casualty, and Health & Welfare insurance placements for various public and private commercial entities. He has specialized in this field for over 25 years working on fortune 1000 firms as well as privately held entities.

Jim and his wife Susie have been devoted to the message of steroid awareness to our youth from the day their son ,Patrick, lost his best friend Taylor to the uneducated use of steroids in 2003. He and his wife have joined forces with THF to deliver a consistent message to our youth about the dangers of steroids.

Jim and Susie reside in Plano TX with their daughter Jenny, while Patrick is currently a member of the Unites States Marine Corp.
